Open Teleflow Concierge in Telegram and send /paysupport. Include the plan name, approximate payment time, and what happened. Never send passwords, API keys, one-time codes, or full payment credentials.

Check /subscriptions in the bot, confirm you are using the Telegram account that paid, and try the newest personal invitation only.
